I’ve just booked my stay – how do I get checked in?
You will get a reminder email sent to you 3 days before your stay is to begin. On the day of your arrival, your personal concierge will meet you at the property at the check in time of 3:00 p.m. or at a time most convenient for you, to check you in, give you your keys and give you a tour of the home.

I am arriving late/early/plane delay – how will I get checked in?
For early arrivals, we can check your luggage and you could then enjoy lunch or sightseeing and return at 3pm for check-in. In the case of a later arrival, please call our concierge at 719-648-6230 and we will arrange a later check-in.

I have an infant – is a crib available?
Please let us know in advance and a crib will be provided for you.

I would like to have assistance with restaurant reservations or event tickets – can you help?
While it is always a good idea to get tickets to events early, call your concierge at 719-648-6230 who can help you arrange restaurant reservations and event tickets if they are available.

What should we do in case of emergency?
If it is a medical emergency, dial 911. If you have any special requests call 719-648-6230.

How do we request housekeeping services?
Again, just keep in touch with your concierge- we are more than happy to arrange a housekeeping service that does not interfere with your enjoyment of the home.

Is the home fully equipped for cooking, bedding and laundry?
Each home is completely stocked with dishes, pots/pans, extra towels, sheets and linens. There is also a washer and dryer. The bedding does not contain any feathers, since many people have allergies to feathers. Each bed has top of the line comfortable pillows. No detail has been overlooked.

Is there a phone, internet access, a computer and a printer?
Yes

Does Five Diamond Hotel Alternatives provide any complimentary items?
Yes. We provide toothpaste, toothbrush, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion, mouth wash and a shaving razor in each bathroom.

Are pets permitted?
Yes but there is a non-refundable pet deposit which varies depending on length of the stay.
